Returns & Exchanges

At Peruvian Connection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our artisan-crafted apparel. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Locate the return/exchange form included in your original shipment and indicate the reason for return or the details of the item you wish to receive in exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Use the pre-paid UPS return label provided with your order and affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or drop box; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of our warehouse receiving the goods.
